Note that in this picture the collar isn't pushed all the way in -- it's a pain to remove it as you have to get under the steering column and use an object to pry the collar free from the retaining rings on the nozzles. Once I had it out I wasn't about to put it back in just for a picture. If you have one in your car you'll see it, plain as day, and you won't be able to remove your switch gear out until that damn collar has been pried out.
