379 viewsJust after sunset. At the time I took these pictures it was brighter out than what appears in the images. The LEDs are bright enough to the camera that it used a faster shutter speed, thus making the image look darker than it really is.

378 viewsThe plug wouldn't lock into the stock connector so I used a supplied zip-tie to bind it and electrical tape to keep it together. Notice that the RED wire mates with the YELLOW (+12 volts) bulb connector wire and the BLACK wire mates with the BROWN (ground) bulb connector wire.

377 viewsNow remove the 4 bolts, apply thread locker, and install the 8 bolts according to the workshop manual. The local Ducati dealership said it would be perfectly fine to reuse the bolts. I had to hold the clutch basket and torque down the bolts...it was NOT easy! I had no tool to hold it. Next time I'll get a tool or hold the basket and have someone else torque the bolts. I originally removed the bolts with my air gun so there was no need to hold the OEM basket.
